The purple-and-white flag of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy will fly over the Binghamton University campus this fall for the fourth Annual Haudenosaunee Festival, Sept. 25 – 26, 2026. The festival will feature food, music, dance, art, a LAX expo, storytelling, and the opportunity to learn more about the Indigenous people whose ancestral land is the site of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. The Guswenta: Two Row Wampum Belt is a Symbol of Sovereignty.
This belt symbolizes the agreement and conditions under which the Haudenosaunee welcomed the newcomers to this land.
