Background
Erin Pauling is originally from Berwick, Pennsylvania, and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy at Shenandoah University, Virginia. She completed a PGY1 community pharmacy residency at Appalachian College of Pharmacy in Oakwood, Virginia, followed by a PGY2 ambulatory care residency at Wingate University School of Pharmacy, Wingate, North Carolina.
Pauling practices as an ambulatory care pharmacist with United Health Services (UHS), the Southern Tier’s largest healthcare system. Her clinical practice focuses on anticoagulation management, diabetes care, and continuous glucose monitoring within cardiology and primary care settings.
A Fellow of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), Pauling is actively engaged in professional service and leadership at the local, state, and national levels. She is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) and the Rho Chi Society.
Pauling is a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) and a New York State Certified Collaborative Drug Therapy Management pharmacist.
